Job Description and Responsibilities

The Project Administrator will provide the necessary daily coordination and communications to facilitate the flow and control of projects through the administering of billings, contract documents and change orders.

Job Functions

  • Preparation and Submission of Proposals for Estimators
  • New Project Set Ups
  • Contract and Change Order Processing
  • Submission of Bond and Insurance Requests
  • Preparation and Submission of all Contract Billings
  • Management of Lien Waivers
  • Project Filing
  • Daily Time Card Entry
  • Other duties, as requested by Estimators, PMs, Controller or Operations Manager





 

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Accounts Receivable experience in the construction industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Must be proactive and a quick learner
  • Must be flexible, a problem solver
  • Must be self-motivated and require little supervision
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Verbal phone skills a must
  • Experience in Microsoft’s Navision accounting package is a plus
  • At least two years of AR experience in the construction industry

Educational Requirements

  • Associates Degree
