Exterior Moisture Protection Technicians to Specialize in Commercial Building Service & Solutions

  • Pay ranges from $14.00 to $20.00 per hour based on experience and training
  • Monday-Friday, 7:00 am-3:30 pm, with many overtime and emergency on-call opportunities to increase earnings

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting roof membrane issues
  • Emergency leak repairs
  • Implement/document recommended repair solutions for roof longevity and extending service life of older systems
  • Act as a liaison for internal and external resources, and be on call as needed.
  • Provide proper training to the Technicians on moisture infiltration troubleshooting, retrofit flashing systems and integration with HVAC installations
  • Manufacturer’s Warranty services to installed membrane/insulation systems
  • Preventive / Predictive Maintenance
  • Roof Asset Surveying and Reporting to Customers
  • Use Tecta Tracker to review, develop and maintain customer service programs and rooftop building evaluations.

 



 

Job Requirements

Requirement include:

  • Must be 18-years old
  • Desire to learn and grow
  • Proficient with computers and tablets
  • Good verbal and written communication skills – Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
  • Professional and presentable demeanor with our clients
  • Must be willing to regularly climb up to a 40’ ladder with proper safety and fall hazard protection training implemented.
  • Available to work evenings and weekends during weather crisis situations when they exist.
  • We E-Verify, background check and drug test
